All bookings, consultations, promotional partnerships, and online sessions must be confirmed through our official booking channels. Payments made for services are considered confirmation of the requested service and allocation of time, resources, and planning.

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once a booking or service has been confirmed. This includes but is not limited to speaking engagements, private consultations, digital promotions, online sessions, strategy meetings, brand collaborations, or business advisory services. Once preparation, scheduling, or promotional planning has begun, refunds cannot be issued.

If a client wishes to cancel a scheduled meeting, consultation, or online session, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, the booking may be rescheduled to another available date, subject to availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.

For promotional campaigns, partnerships, brand features, or marketing collaborations, once the campaign planning, content production, scheduling, or publishing process has begun, no cancellation or refund will be permitted. Marketing services involve preparation, creative production, and scheduling commitments that cannot be reversed.

If a service is cancelled by Amjad Ali Speaks due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may be offered either a rescheduled session or service credit for a future booking. Refunds in such cases will be considered at our sole discretion.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking and ensuring their availability at the scheduled time. Failure to attend a scheduled session, meeting, or consultation without prior notice will be treated as a missed appointment, and no refund or rescheduling may be granted.

All digital services, educational sessions, consulting advice, or strategy guidance are provided based on experience and professional insight. Results in business, marketing, trading, or other areas may vary depending on individual circumstances, and therefore refunds cannot be requested based on outcomes or expectations.

Amjad Ali Speaks reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time in order to comply with business practices and applicable regulations within the United Arab Emirates.
